职责描述

About Our Client

With a long standing history of success and as part of the efforts to further strengthen their market position, the company is seeking an experienced Chief Sales Officer to join the management team in China.
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director of China, this is a newly created position. You will oversee all aspects of the sales and commercial function, including regional sales, key account sales, commercial strategy and planning, business development, trade marketing and sales capability development. Key responsibilities include to lead the strategy, execution and structure, capacity and capability building for sales teams across regions in Mainland China; to serve as the key decision maker on customer understanding and development, vision and strategy for sales and commercial, sales management; and to lead the team to achieve the Group’s goals in Mainland China. You will also be responsible for enhancing the performance of business channels and team execution and efficiency; improving the channel, region and product mix, to make sure to deliver and sustain the sales target result of the company for the long term.
The Successful Applicant
Suitable candidate will be University graduate from any disciplines with around 18 years of experience, at least 8 years in the Sales Director role or above position in managing nationwide sales teams in FMCG industry. A proven track record of leading multi-channel or region or product sales team in both organized and fragmented trade, and extensive understanding of major retailers in mainland China are required. The ones who not only focus on execution, but also are good at commercial/sales vision and strategy for the long term with good insights in food and beverage channels as well as product and market development will stand out. A self starter, result-driven, strong integrity and accountability, with an “can-do” attitude and strong leadership. Complete fluency in Chinese and English is essential with Cantonese is a plus.
