职责描述
根据集团战略诉求，探索子公司董事会的运作方案；开展对各子公司的尽职调查，输出调查报告；从出资人的独立视角，配合各子公司董事对子公司开展合规、高管、业务和财务的监督，梳理现状识别风险，提出改进要求和建议，引导子公司健康、持续运营和发展。
理想的求职者
拥有6年以上的丰富的投资管理、尽职调查、审计、法务、公司治理或管理咨询经验。具备集团化管控项目经验，优秀的项目管理能力，能够迅速搭建项目团队，合理分配团队角色，高效的开展工作。参与或领导过变革管理类项目优先；熟悉尽职调查程序，能够独立组织开展全面或专项尽职调查工作，具备挖掘和提炼管理问题的能力，提供行之有效的建议，并能有效沟通和报告。英语流利，能够作为工作语言； 接受高频率出差。

About Our Client
Our client is a leading global fortune 500 company in the TMT industry. They have operations all around the world. According to the business development, they are recruiting talents to join.
Job Description
Reporting to the VP of the Department, you would focus on the management of the subsidiaries of the group overseas. The role's focus would be similar to "post-investment management". You would pay efforts in investigating into the operations of the subsidiaries and make sure the HQs' decisions would be executed smoothly at the subsidiary level. You would act as a one-man expert to provide advice to the HQs and subsidiaries from different angles.
The Successful Applicant
8-12 years of experience in audit, management consulting, investment management, compliance or capital management. Familiar with Due Diligence. Candidates with less experience would be considered as managers. Bachelor degree or above Fluent English and Mandarin, good Chinese writing level Can accept global traveling rate of more than 80%
