About Our Client
Our client is the market leader of high technology equipment used in Semiconductor industry. The Suzhou factory has been successfully ran for over 10 years and still continues growing steadily.
Job Description
Ensure Production & Product quality & Product Test output requirements are consistently achieved.
To ensure all aspects of the defined build processes and the Quality management System (QMS) are strictly adhered too.
To achieve & exceed your Continuous Improvement Operational targets.
Identify the required training and maintain training matrices ensuring workers are cross trained at every opportunity.
Identify, measure, improve and document Production Capacity, efficiency and scrap occurrences (implementing robust corrective and improvement actions where required).
Ensure all Chinese regulatory requirements are identified and adhered too with respect to your managerial responsibilities.
To maintain monthly Production reports. such as; C.I., Appraisals, Training & Efficiency. Train, Coach and Develop your subordinates to meet company expansion.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
Proactive, self driven and good at motivating subordinates to achieve efficiency and quality.
Fluent English.
