职责描述
与公司高层共同合作，参与人力资源政策的制定，使其符合公司的商业视野和战略性目标，同时要确保公司招聘的高效率
参与公司的人才审核与政策审查，为公司制定未来发展规划提供清晰可见和行之有效的建议
积极配合人力资源总监的工作，为公司制定人才发展计划
站在人力资源的角度上组织人才评估访问，紧跟市场需求和人才来源，为高级经理提供方法意见
参与地区招聘，整合公司内部资源。
理想的求职者
在人力资源领域方面至少拥有8年或以上的相关工作经验
在招聘行业至少有5年工作经验，曾在网游公司工作者优先.
人力资源或相关领域应持有学士或以上学位证书
善于与人打交道，懂得处事技巧，对行内招聘流程和详细事项有一定程度的了解

About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing company which designs on-line games. As a company with high reputation, the company now is searching for great talents, offering the title of Recruitment Manager.
Job Description
In collaboration with company leaders, anticipates human resources needs in line with the business vision, strategic orientations, and people performances to ensure that sufficient human resources are sourced
Participates to the people review and strategic business review of the company to get a clear idea of the business vision and strategic orientations.
In collaboration with HARD Greater China, develops a people development strategy for the company
Conducts evaluation interviews from HR side and directly follows up the resources identified as priority for Senior Managers.
Give advices in the recruitment work of regional teams in the perspective to prepare internal resources.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 8 years work experience in Human Resources.
At least 5 years specialized in recruitment, Internet industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and familiar with recruitment circle and recruiting channels.
