职责描述
高层管理职位,规划、指导、协调公司的人力资源管理与组织建设;
为集团重大决策提供人力资源专业支持;
充分了解公司战略目标,业务架构及内部流程,根据公司实际发展情况规划人力资源开发及战略管理,拟定人力资源规划方案,建立并完善人力资源管理体系,监督各项计划实施;
建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设),制定和完善人力资源管理制度;
定期向公司决策层提供人力资源、组织机构等方面的建议并致力于提高公司综合管理水平,控制人力资源成本;
及时处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问题,为公司主管以上的管理者进行职业生涯规划设计;
带领部门高效完成人力资源各项工作,及时有效满足用人需求,并结合公司战略进行相关人才储备;
采取有效手段提高公司员工的工作能力、士气和工作积极性,提升组织效率和工作效能;
塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化。
理想的求职者
人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历, 10年以上行政人事管理经验,至少三年以上地产行业经验
具备现代人力资源管理理念和扎实的理论基础;
了解现代企业人力资源管理模式,对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有较深入的认识,能够指导各个职能模块的工作;
熟悉国家、地区及企业相关政策、法律法规,包括薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等;
熟悉办公软件及相关的人事管理软件;
具有战略思维,有能力建立、整合不同的工作团队;
具有很强的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导以及解决复杂问题的能力,责任心、事业心强。

Job Description
Plan, instruct and coordinate the HR management and organization construction of the company; to provide professional support to the company’s decision.
Understand the company’s strategic goal, business framework and internal procedure, design HR development management system according to the company’s actual condition and improve the system with effort.
Analyze and design the HR management pattern, including recruitment, training, performance, C&B, and employee relationship.
Regularly make suggestions to the improvement of the management level of the company about the HR and organization development issue in order to control HR cost.
Deal with the related problems effectively and recommend career plan for the business head.
Lead the team to finish missions with the least time and fulfill the HR needs of the company.
Enhance the working ability of the employee and cheer them up in a regular time.
Build up, maintain and enrich the company culture.
The Successful Applicant
HR or related disciplines Degree holder.
10+ years working experiences in HR Admin field and at least 3 years in real estate industry.
Have soled based knowledge in HR management ideal and theoretical framework; be familiar with the pattern of HR management; can competently construct the work of different aspects.
Be familiar with the related rules and documents of the country and the region including the C&B system, employee relationship management and training, etc.
Fluent use of MS Office and related HR management software.
Be competent of leading a team and the ability to inspire a team with the effectiveness to communicate to understand the need of the employees; high sense of responsibility.
