我们的客户是一家与塑料有关的生产制造商。他们在医药、电子等领域均有涉及。为顾客量身订造的产品使得该公司一直走在行业前沿。
职责描述
根据工作分析和岗位评估结果,协助设计公司薪酬体系,绩效体系,编制薪酬绩效管理制度,并组织实施、评估和完善;确保绩效薪酬体系能为员工提供有效的保障与激励;
协助分析市场薪酬数据,参考公司业务情况及人员变动规律,制定公司薪酬调整方案;
制定年度薪酬预算并监督执行,定期提供人事报表并监控人工成本控制在合理范围内;
依据公司薪酬管理制度、实施细则、员工出勤情况及绩效表现,负责审定各类员工的薪资和奖金发放情况;
负责组织各部门员工绩效管理方案的宣导与培训工作,组织实施各部门员工绩效考核方案,并组织考核过程中的监督和指导,并对员工绩效考核结果进行分析,编制总结报告,并提出各部门绩效改进建议;
负责安排下属人员及时办理社保等手续并准确缴纳各项福利;
劳资纠纷的协调及处理以及相关费用核算及发放;
具有丰富的跨国企业文化理解、建设、传播及沉淀的项目经验;为企业目前已有10多年沉淀的企业文化寻求更深层次理解、突破与沟通;
具有丰富的跨国企业人力资源管理经验,特别是招聘的系统化流程和规范与实践
理想的求职者
人力资源、企业管理、管理学等相关专业本科(统招)以上学历,硕士毕业优先考虑;
具备10年或以上的跨国企业、制造、自动化、高科技等行业的工作经验,5年以上人力资源管理相关经验,至少2年以上绩效薪酬管理实施经验;
熟练掌握人力资源专业绩效、薪酬福利等领域,掌握薪酬设计方法,了解现代企业薪酬绩效管理体系设计方法和薪酬绩效管理流程;
受过劳动法、合同法等法律法规相关培训,熟悉薪酬绩效保险等方面的法律法规;
逻辑思维能力强,数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析,具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力;
为人正直、公正、积极上进,有创新和领导能力,学习能力强;
形象气质佳、有亲和力;
具备良好的问题解决能力、沟通能力、文案写作及组织能力
语言能力:英语、粤语及普通话(英语及粤语流利者优先)
熟悉中国包括香港地区的法律有限,如熟悉亚太及海外劳动法可加分

Job Description
HR Full function role, but special required C&B very strong.
According to the job analysis and evaluation, assist designing the C&B system, Performance System and organize the complement, evaluation and improvement of these systems to ensure the employees’ rights.
Analysis the C&B data of the market, make adjustment of the company’s C&B systems by referring to the changing rules and business situation of the company.
Set up annual C&B budget target and supervise its operation, provide related HR reports and control the cost in a reasonable range.
According to C&B system and the performance of the employees, to make sure the salary and the bonus are correctly delivered.
Be responsible for the advocacy and training job of the employees of all aspects, organize the performance evaluation system of all departments and supervise them.
Come out with a report according to the evaluation results and make relevant recommendations. Arrange the employees to social security transaction and other benefits.
Coordinate the labor issue and review related fees and giving them out.
Working experienced of HR Management in a MNC especially the practice of Recruitment Process and Standardization.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor Degree Holders or above in HR, Business Management or related areas, Master Degree preferred.
10+ years working experience in a MNC in manufacturing, high-tech or related industries including 5 years HR Management working experiences and 2 years in C&B Management Practice.
Be familiar with HR performance practice and C&B areas, having knowledge about modern corporation C&B Management System and Process.
Related training about the Labor Law and know the related rules about related industry.
Good logic, good at statistics analysis with nice communicational skills and coordinate ability.
Active for jobs with creativity and leadership ability, willing to learn.
Problem solving, files writing and organizing ability required.
English, Cantonese and Mandarin, English and Cantonese speakers preferred.
Be familiar with related rules and laws such as Asian- Pacific or overseas labor laws.
