职责描述
帮助公司在开拓其他公司及事业单位的新业务，并领导团队完成项目的全面管理及交付
领导团队成功完成各种人力资源体系优化项目， 帮助客户优化管控、法人治理结构、组织架构及编制管理，以及新兴业务现代化物流港的组织架构及人才管理体系等，协助客户发展新的业务增长点；
协助客户海外兼并收购业务的整合及吸引、发展、保留行业优秀人才等；
制定人力资源战略规划，包括人力资源战略、预算规划、年度业务计划、年度工作绩效结果，以及其他相关报告，以应对人才战争、行业竞争及变化带来的问题，并倡议专案以帮助职能部门改进；
为客户提供专业的与人力资源各职能相关的咨询服务并为客户量身定做符合客户发展的招聘流程、人才培训与管理方案、绩效方案、人才测评等服务，与客户建立长期良好的合作关系。
理想的求职者
人力资源管理或相关专业学士学位持有者；
2-3年人力资源相关工作经验，曾在电子行业工作者优先；
优秀的英文、中文、日文能力，能够进行无障碍交流；
优秀的人际交流技巧及积极的工作态度；
能够有效管理时间

About Our Client
Our client is a world-famous electronic manufacturer which also focuses on the R&D of their products. In present, they are seeking an HR Officer to support their daily affairs.
Job Description
Assist the company to open new business of other enterprises or government sectors, in the meantime leading the team to complete the whole management and delivery.
Lead the team to finish various kinds of HR Improvement Program to help the clients to reach better optimal control, corporate governance, organization structures and administration management.
Help the client to develop new business including newly immerged organization structure and employee management system of logistic center.
Assist the client to company mergers and acquisitions in order to attract, develop and keep excellent talent of the industry. Set up HR strategic plans including HR Strategy, Budget Program, Annual Business Plan, Performance System and other related reports, so as to face the challenges brought by industry competition.
Should also put forward proposal to help internal improvement. Provide professional customized service for our clients which are related to HR such as Recruitment Process, Training and Development Management Program, Performance System, ect.
Build up a long-term relationship with key clients.
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder of HR Management or related disciplines;
2-3 years working experiences in HR field, electronic industry preferred;
Good English, Mandarin and Japanese without big problems in communication;
Excellent interpersonal skills and working attitude;
Can manage schedule effectively.
