职责描述
1.通过市场实际情况制定市场规划，了解市场及客户需求做出可执行方案，
2.了解市场动态，依据市场变化适时策划制定整体市场优化策略；
3.结合市场情况反馈相关部门沟通讨论，并且制定目标执行方案
4.管理乙方供应商，保证其服务质量的达成
5.跟踪和研究行业动态，收集行业信息做分析并提出相应的调整建议；
理想的求职者
1.市场营销类或相关专业，具有零售行业服务经验者优先；
2.了解本地零售市场和消费者情况；
3.优秀的文案功底，有较强的创造性思维能力、创意概念及良好的协调能力；

About Our Client
Our client a leading household goods retailer around the world and has got over 100 years history. The company opened 500 around stores in nearly 50 countries. In China, there are 30 around stores with over 10 thousands kinds of goods in each. China is one of the most important markets for the company.
Job Description
Manage and improve the catalogue distribution at local market to secure the best result (achieving KPI and smooth vendor cooperation)
1) Develop clear distribution plan based on China distribution strategy & plan
2) Work together with and drive local vendors to improve distribution quality.
Drive the local market research plan based on local needs, and secure the research plan implementation in a professional way
1) Collect the needs for market (PMA, consumers, and customers) understanding and formulate the local research plan based on thinking how to support the brand establish and commercial priorities.
2) Work together with research vendors and secure the research quality.
3) Give relevant input and prepare highlights on local research.
The Successful Applicant
1) Able to think strategically and formulate research and distribution plan for the city and PMAs.
2) Able to communicate with management teams.
3) Able to lead vendors (research and distribution) in a high drive role.
4) Have effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
