职责描述
统筹社区服务O2O 平台线上活动、营销专题的策划、组织、执行、跟踪、总结及日常运营与维护工作；
组织部门进行相关数据的分析和运营策略的修改及完善；
定期对同行及竞争对手进行分析，新技术的引入，提出平台系统的优化建议。
理想的求职者
全日制本科，信息技术、市场营销等相关专业；
八年以上工作经验，其中三年互联网、移动互联网从业经验，有大型房地产行业工作经验者优先；
具有互联网思维和创新能力，能独立策划和实施大型020 活动；
具有良好的沟通协调、逻辑思维能力，计划管理能力。
性格自信乐观，抗压能力强，有强烈的责任意识和团队合作意识。

Job Description
Co-ordinate the activities of community service O2O platform online marketing topics in the planning, organization, implementation, tracking, summary and daily operationCamp and maintenance work;
Organize the department to modify and improve the analysis and operational strategies related data;
On a regular basis to analyze the introduction of new technologies, recommends optimizations platform system.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor in IT, marketing and other related major;
More than eight years of work experience, including three years of the Internet, mobile Internet experience;
Internet-thinking and innovation ability, independent planning and implementation of large-scale 020 events;
Good communication and coordination, logical thinking ability, project management capabilities.
