Job Description
Work closely with the founder and CEO to provide leadership for the whole company
Help recruit and train young technical talents
Develop a young and strong technical team to effectively and innovatively drive the company's business
Provide strategic direction and develop standards as well as processes for the technical team
The Successful Applicant
University or above degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a recognized institution, master's degree is preferred
Speaks Chinese at native level Experience working at recognised internet/ ecommerce companies
Proven track of successfully leading large development teams
Deep understanding of O2O and ecommerce is a strong plus Full of passion and enthusiasm
