职责描述
作为电商项目的招聘负责人：
- 根据企业的人力资源规划，完成月度、季度、年度招聘任务；
- 能够充分理解业务需求，从各个渠道收集各类人才项目信息，开展社招人才定向挖猎；
- 负责管理及发展主动猎聘渠道，建设和完善公司竞争性人才资源库，加强人才储备，保证人员供给；
- 协助部门领导完成其他人事工作或临时性事务。
理想的求职者
- 本科或以上学历，三年以上电商或互联网企业招聘实务工作，理解行业人才特点和布局，熟悉各大招聘平台及招聘渠道。
- 执行力强，解决方案导向，积极主动，具备亲和力，有较好的文案功底。
- 目标导向，能够承受较大的工作压力。
- 有猎头行业或电商企业相关经验优先。
