帮助公司建立线上销售渠道,与电商建立很好的合作关系,例如:京东,一号店等
结合公司发展战略使得公司飞速发展
制定销售计划达到销售目标
理想的求职者
至少8-10年以上食品快消行业销售或市场经验,除外业经验,如有民企或国企经验为佳
需要有开发大客户,管理现代渠道的经验
有电商平台搭建经验者会优先考虑
希望候选人有很强的创业精神做好前期随企业成长变化的心理准备

To build up the sales team from scratch with high degree of autonomy
About Our Client
Our client is fast-growing Farming & Agricultural business with the headquarter based in Hebei Province
Job Description
Reports to the GM of the BJ business legal entity
Building up the commercial team from scratch
Managing Modern Trade by largely developing the KA clients, e.g. Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Wumei and etc.
Helping the team to set-up E-commerce platform with the major players, e.g. Jingdong, Yihaodian and etc.
Driving the business growing in accompany with the company development strategy
Generating the sales plan and motivating team to achieve the goals
The Successful Applicant
At least over 8-10 years of experiences in FMCG industry, apart from WOFE companies, better to have SOE or SME experiences
Must be experienced in developing Modern Trade Channel for a fast-growing platform
Developing E-commerce clients is highly preferred
Candidates should have studied the industry and culture of this company before applied in order to commit a long-term career development in this fast-growing platform
