我们的客户是一家做跨境电子商务的公司,业务范围触及美国、德国、香港及日本。现在公司发展的速度十分惊人,获得出色的表现。现正寻求一名人力资源总监来全盘管理日常事务。
职责描述
运用高执行力和准确的战略目光确保人力资源部门各方面的正常有序运作;
与各企业单位合作,参与部署人力需求方面的规划,确保公司高效运行;
致力寻求多渠道发展,拓宽人力资源渠道,稳定劳动力;
执行优质人才保留计划,提高员工满意度,尽量减少优秀员工外流;
监管年度绩效,负责员工绩效考核,薪金及福利审核,提供奖励分配行之有效的建议;
提供并分析人资数据,在营业额,员工数量,薪酬,统计数据等方面提供相关信息,协助制定相应规划;
在公司年度劳动力支出预算计划中起决定性作用;
确保政策的执行符合国家相关的法律法规;
监管整个人资团队,在提供培训的条件下不断提高团队工作效率及员工专业素质。
理想的求职者
获认证的人力资源管理或相关证书,人力资源专业或相关领域专业本科或以上毕业者
拥有15年或以上的人力资源管理经验,其中包含8年或以上管理层的工作经验
拥有优秀的执行能力和管理能力
能够适应快节奏的工作环境,保质保量地高效完成多任务工作
优秀的中英文书面能力,流利英语口语
熟悉行业相关法律法规,对中国劳动法律法规有一定了解
曾在中大型企业工作者优先

About Our Client
Our client is an international electronic business company with business coverage in USA, Germany, Hong Kong and Japan. It’s booming in an amazing speed so now it’s looking for an HRD to fully handle the business.
Job Description
Ensure the smooth management of all aspects of human resources, both operationally & strategically
Work with business entity on manpower requirements to ensure timely deployment of resources in support of business operations
Develop multiple channels to ensure a steady pipeline of manpower resources
Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction & minimize staff outflow
Oversee the annual performance appraisal, salary review & bonus exercises, and provide recommendations on reward distribution
Provide & interpret HR data to provide management information on turnover, headcount, compensation, organizational statistics etc so as to facilitate planning & decision-making
Develop & manage the annual labour cost budget of the business entity
Ensure that HR policies & practices are compliant with prevailing statutory regulations
Supervise, train and develop the HR team?
The Successful Applicant
Recognized Degree in Human Resource Management
15 years + experience in HR management or related fields
Strong project management and implementation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin ( written and spoken)
Strong knowledge in employment laws
Candidates with experience working in a matrix environment will be at an advantage
