1.指导并落实小业态各品类（食品、非食、生鲜）的发展策略及下一年度的商业计划； 2.统筹协调各品类和区域的供应商资源； 3.掌握区域内业态相关供应渠道和市场变化情况； 5.管理监督商品的成本和价格、毛利率、库存周转、订货计划等； 6.审核商品的年度采购计划及合同协议，监督合同条款的执行情况； 7.制定并执行全国营销模式和重大节日的促销策略； 8.带领团队完成公司各项预算及各项KPI指标； 9.促进业态资源共享和业态协同； 10.辅导与提升下属的管理能力与领导能力,营造良好组织氛围。
理想的求职者
1.本科及以上学历，金融、贸易类专业为佳； 2.十年以上零售工作经验，5年以上管理工作经验； 丰富的供应商管理经验、商品管理经验； 市场趋势的分析、判断能力； 3.了解供应链管理； 熟悉营销管理、预算管理； 擅长商品力打造，调查、预测、评估、品类发展方向； 4.具备学习、创新能力； 善于沟通、协调，拥有强的执行力和抗压力； 较强的领导力，营造良好组织氛围、管理、培训、团队发展； 有良好的战略规划能力，制定推动战略发展的策略； 擅于整合供应链资源。

About Our Client
Our client is a large multinational company with global presence. This position is based in its Shenzhen office. Great company culture and nice working environment.
Job Description
1. To guide and implement business development strategy of Micro-space Convenience Store of each category (food, non-food, fresh) of each year; 2. To co-ordinate regional suppliers resources of each product category; 3. Grasp the trend of changes related to supply channels and market status; 5. Management and supervision costs and prices of commodities, gross margin, inventory turnover, and ordering plans; 6. Assessment of the annual procurement plan and contract terms, supervision the implementation of the contract agreement; 7. Develop and implement national marketing models and marketing strategies of major festivals; 8. Led the team to complete the various KPI indicators of the company; 9. Promote the sharing of resources and collaboration within organization; 10. Guidance and enhance the management capacity and leadership of subordinates to create a good organizational climate.
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor degree or above, finance or trade degree would be better; 2. More than a decade of work experience in retailer, at least 5 years of in management role; 3. Extensive experience in supplier management and commodity management; 4. Capable of market trends analysis and judgment; 5. Understanding of supply chain management; Familiar with marketing management, budget management; Good at building products brand competitiveness; Conduct research, forecasting, evaluation about category development trend; 6. Good communication, coordination, execution skills; 7. Strong leadership skills to create a good organizational climate 8. Good strategic planning capabilities; 9. Good at integration of supply chain resources.
