职责描述
向中国区CFO汇报，工作职责将包括： 负责成本结算与管理，建立财务流程和制度，确保财务流程业务；负责全球标准负责月结及相关的财务分析报告。
理想的求职者
合适的候选人需要有财会专业本科以上学历。至少10年相关财务管理经历，其中至少5年成本管控的经验以及3年以上全盘财务管理经验。此外，你还需要熟悉会计和相关税务知识。优秀的英文书面表达能力是先决条件。

Our client is a well-known American Hi-Tech Special Cell-phone set with presence in most countries in the world. Chinese set is newly upgraded in 2014 with polish office and great working environment. They have developed extremely fast in last 3 years.
Job Description
Reporting to the China FD, you will be in charge of leading the finance team, building the policy and process. You will be responsible for the provision of critical overview on financial status and be the advisor to the senior management on accounting, finance, tax and legal issues. To be highlighted, you will takes charge in costing supervisor and management, so the successful applicant must be very strong in costing. You will also prepare the monthly management reports including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting or Finance
Over 10 years’ related work experience with especially in costing and have full function accounting involvement and experience
Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with all levels
Excellent command of spoken and written English
