职责描述
1. 根据公司年度目标及计划,制定年度培训计划和实施步骤;
2. 搭建经销商和直营团队的培训体系;
3. 负责编制全国运营课程相关的制度与流程;
4. 负责公司品牌以及子品牌、市场活动的培训资料实施和效果监督;
5. 负责全年培训预算的制定和管理。
理想的求职者
1. 5年以上大中型服饰企业终端培训管理经验,精通企业培训体系建立,熟悉培训体系的各种流程与实施;
2. 英语能力良好,可用于日常沟通;
3. 具有丰富的培训管理资源,具备较强的亲和力和感染力、良好的文字和语言表达能力;
4. 有良好的教材编写和授课能力;
5. 具有较强的管理组织和协调能力,具有团队精神;

About Our Client
Our client established in 1960s and listed in Hong Kong. The company focuses on business formal and business casual men's wear. Now the company has opened over 1000 stores in China and got good sales performance. South China is the most important market for out client.
Job Description
1. Initiate sales training strategy and plan to meet the requirement of company long term business development.
2. Develop laddered training programs for sales person and franchisers.
3. Customize central developed retail training programs to leverage company national standard and best practices.
4. Monitor sales training results through regular mystery shopper programs and provide feedback to sales and training team for further improvement.
5. Set up national sales training budget plan and control the proper usage of all training expense
The Successful Applicant
1. Over 8 years sales training experience and at least 3 years working as training manager.
2. Strong capability in strategic thinking, planning and budgeting.
3. Experienced in developing programs and delivering various training courses.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills and facilitation skills.
5. Strong team leadership, capable of developing training team through continuous train-the-trainer programs and on-the-job coaching.
6. Good English capability is necessary.
