职责描述
为配合集团层面操作风险部分的风险信息化，负责风险管理体系搭建与操作风险部分建设
汇总编制集团内部风险月报、季度、年度风险管理报告的操作风险部分
制定操作风险管理政策，推广操作风险管理工具（RCSA、LCD、KRI）
配合子企业年度风险考核操作风险部分
配合集团旗下某银行风险管理调研
构建外包风险管理机制并督导风险水平监测整改
下属企业评审机制风险履职评估
建立不良资产处理机制、内部交易隔离机制
理想的求职者
硕士研究生或以上学历，财经类、工商管理类等专业
具有银行业操作风险、运营管理、合规管理、系统开发等工作经验
具备良好的集团层面知识、语言表达能力、风险管理知识、运营管理知识、会计财务知识

About Our Client
Our client is a state owned finance enterprise, with multiple finance business. Strong in resources, employees are mostly from prestigious finance organizations. They respect innovation and proactive working environment.
Job Description
Coordinate with operational risk ground on the finance group level, and in charge of risk management system and operational risk construction
Summarize internal operational risks, including monthly/ quarter/ annual risk management reports
Formulate operational risk management policy, along with promoting operational risk management tools (RCSA?LCD?KRI)
Coordinate with sub-enterprise to write the operational risk part in annual risk appraisal report
In charge of risk management research with the coordination of one of the bank belonging to finance group
Formulate outsourcing risk management system and supervise on the risk performance
Evaluate on the risk team employees reviews
Formulate non-performing asset handling mechanism and internal transaction isolation regulation.
The Successful Applicant
Master degree above with the major in finance or business administration
Experienced in operational risk, operational management and compliance management, system development in bank system.
With the knowledge in risk management, operation management, finance and accounting and communication skills.
