职责描述
研究移动互联网行业市场趋势，制定投资并购战略，筛选目标公司；
根据市场趋势及本公司发展战略，制定投资并购策略；
与团队成员密切合作，通过访谈、资料搜集、现场调查等方式，完成尽职调查报告；
就目标公司的行业背景、战略价值、资产质量、技术条件、财务状况及其他影响交易的重大事项进行评估和风险评审；
运用预测公司未来发展的财务模型，对公司价值进行评估；
其他与投资并购、资本运作相关的工作。
理想的求职者
具有创造性思维，极富聪明才智，能艰难复杂的局面中找出方向；
具备互联网思维，了解移动互联网发展规律，能够总结市场并购趋势，并有很强的学习能力；
学士及以上学历，互联网、金融、经济、工商管理等专业优先；
具有3年以上投资银行、兼并收购、资产重组、管理咨询工作经验，熟悉企业价值评估、战略研究等相关领域，有海外工作经验优先；
熟练掌握并购战略制定、目标公司筛选、价值评估、财务分析、技术评估等并购环节的相关工具和方法；
熟练运用Excel、Word、Powerpoint，具有较强的分析研究、逻辑思维、文案写作能力，能够熟练查找英文资料文献；
工作敬业，严谨认真，诚实守信，善于思考，勇于承担责任，具有良好的团队合作精神、较强的耐压能力和自我驱动力。

About Our Client
Our client is a Hongkong listed company. It is a leading mobile phone manufacturer. Having been in the industry for several decades, the company has won reputation all over the globe. The company keeps expanding quickly in recent years and now in need of a M&A director to handle all the investment opportunities.
Job Description
As the major person responsible for M&A projects, this person will be responsible for leading the valuation of target portfolios, consult on the risk management through review DD reports, conduct financial modeling, deal negotiation and overall M&A project management.
Internally, this person will work closely with the corporate finance team members, engage in meeting targeted companies, and leverage internal finance resources with corporate from finance head. Externally, this person will direct auditing firm, legal counsel as projects progress forward. Travel is part of this job, depending on the amount of projects, although travel period is typically very short.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of finance and M&A experience. Speaks fluent English and Mandarin at native speaker level.
Have the track record on managing full cycle M&A projects, be able to build up financial model, conduct valuation, lead contract negotiation, and post acquisition integration. Ideally this person has solid corporate finance experience, who also comes from corporate M&A team.
Be able to do short travel is also important. -Software or hardware industry background is a must. Candidates with solid mobile phone industry knowledge are preferred
