我们的客户是一极有影响力并且有政府背景的基金，主要涉足政府基金管理业务、PE业务、风险投资（VC）业务和其它金融平台业务。由于企业发展需要，目前正招募一位风险高级经理，专注于基建项目的评审以及整个基金的风险架构搭建。
职责描述
制订适合本基金的风险管理体系、制度、办法及程序；
提出各风险可能采取的管理、应对措施及实施的成本与收益，选择实施的管理举措，制定风险管理方案；
建立重要管理及投资流程、风险控制点的管理人员的风险管理培训制度；
通过系统而规范的审计活动，对所属公司的经济运行状况、财务状况、管理及控制状况进行检查和评价，及时发现公司内部控制制度的薄弱环节
有效提高风险防范能力，提高公司经营的效果和效率建立健全公司合规管理体系，并通过不断的检查与评价，促成公司合规管理体系的有效性与合理性，对公司各项投资交易进行合法合规性，发现和报告公司存在违法违规行为和合规风险隐患
理想的求职者
本科及以上学历，经济管理类专业，金融、财务、法务、资产评估、审计等专业；
熟悉股权基金/信托行业运作流程、监管法规；
熟悉投资项目风险识别与计量、财务、会计、投资分析、决策分析、项目评估等专业理论；
5年以上金融业风险控制岗位经验；
国际注册企业风险管理师优先，或具备国际注册内部审计师/国家内控风险管理师/国家司法考试资格证

About Our Client
Our client is a newly established Chinese government fund and it is focus on Chinese government projects. They are now looking for senior risk manager to be in charge of the risk assessment and post deal integration.
Job Description
As a senior risk manager, you will report to department head and be responsible for setting up risk framework and organize risk meeting, and examining risk control on procedure. You also need to guide and supervise the investment process to investment manager, according to company risk policy and process.
Other responsibilities include:
Work with various business partners to facilitate the completion of business risk assessments and targeted operational risk assessment projects.
Proactively identify and address risk issues and weakness in existing products, policies and processes.
Adhering to and complying with all applicable policies and laws set by regulators
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 year experiences in financial services sector with at least 3 year spent in relevant roles
Risk control or compliance understanding in Investment Banking/ PE industry
Good knowledge of financial products, services and relevant process and procedures
In-depth understanding of local cultures and financial markets
Strong command of written/spoken English and Mandarin Analytical skills
