职位简介Responsible for:
1. Answering calls & Provide reception service for visitors
接听电话, 接待访客
2. Assist electrician to record maintaining data
协助电工整理和记录维修报表,
3. Update the contact book and seat chart
更新公司联系表
4. New staff entrance card application
办理员工出入卡
5. Arrrange dormitory for new employee
安排新员工宿舍
6. Medicine handing out and purchasing
药品的发放和购买
7. Mail delivery, pure water and office flower management
快递,纯净水和公司花木的管理
8. Department typing, filing and scanning
协助部门文件打印,填写和扫描
9. Other assignments from supervisor

任职要求Requirement:
- College or above
大专或以上学历
- Excellent English & Chinese language skills. Good communication skill.
能用英语简单交流,普通话标准,良好的沟通能力
- Receptionist related working experience is preferred
有前台相关经验优先
- Excellent office Microsoft skill
熟悉Excel,Word.
- Good image and Open mind

- Be honest, high-efficient, devoted
