职责描述
*To work with department heads in identifying training needs and provide training solutions to enhance staff development
*To develop, deliver and evaluate training programs for sales functions and management skills
*To assist in culture building programmes and promotional campaign in sustaining the corporate culture
*To lead and manage multi-projects relating to staff activities
*To maintain and enhance the training administration system
* Measuring effectiveness & Evaluation of training through post session analysis
* Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills.
* Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions
理想的求职者
*University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
*Minimum 10 years' relevant corporate training experience with 3-5 years at managerial level
*Proven track record in designing and delivering staff development programs including sales and soft skills training programs
*Experience in organizing staff activities
*Certified DISC behavioral consultant is highly preferred
*Able to cope with fast-growing and dynamics environment
*Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
*Action-oriented, energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
*Mature, organized and attentive to details
