Responsibilities:
1. Quality inspection arrangement: optimize the inspection schedules for QCs to improve efficiency, support order processing dept. to do monitoring of the production finish date to avoid shipment delay.
2. Inspection Reports: Conducting, preparing and verify Inspection Reports, Thickness Reports and all technical reports etc.
3. Communicate with PEs and PMs for any pending, rejected inspections and when quality issues arise, propose action plans for the quality issues.
4. Work closely on factory site to detect running & potential quality problems, support suppliers to find solutions, report to PM.
5. QC duty audit on factory site, observation of QC trends from supplier side, improvement training to the QCs.
6. Quality risk assessment and deal with customer complaints.
7. Weekly meeting with the project teams and novia Germany to review quality status and improve.
8. Frequent, overnight travel to factories in various China location is required.

Requirements:
1. college or above, 3~7 years experience in metal (zinc-alloy, aluminum, s/s) , plastics, electroplating components products. More than 2 years management experience.
2. Familiar with AQL, Six-Sigma and other practical quality improvement system.
3. Familiar with the inspection instruments such as gauges, projector, CMM, hardness tester, plating thickness layer testing machine…
4. Proficiency in spreadsheet, MS Office software application & 2D,3D drawing reading.
5. Fluent in English spoken, listening, reading and writing.
6. Initiative, reliable, working independently.
7. Willing to work in Hengang city, Shenzhen with 5.5 days per week
