As a subsidiary of Dadi Communication Group, Dadi Cinema, founded in 2006, mainly covers the operation and management of theaters run directly by the group. By the end of June 2015, Dadi Cinema has signed 601 projects, covering 29 provinces and municipalities and 286 cities nationwide. Amongst them, 262 theaters are officially under operation, showcasing 1,295 screens and 184,393 seats. On the first half of 2015, the box office of Dadi Cinema has reached 1 billion RMB, up by 48% compared with the same period of last year, firmly securing the 2nd position among the TOP10 theater-chained investment management company in China.

Job Description
岗位职责：
*根据公司战略，制定公司营运年度规划及业绩目标，推动并确保年度业绩目标的实现；
*建立科学系统的标准化运营管控体系，完善营运管理制度；
*健全影院人才的训练培养体系，明确营运标准，全面提升营运品质；
*监控经营业绩，为管理效率提升提出建议；
*沟通、协调公司各职能部门，为营运业务工作提供资源支持及控制。
汇报上级：公司营运中心副总经理
现部门人员架构：现总部营运中心分为营运管理部、经营分析部、标准化训练部及维保部共16人，下设10个营运大区。
市经理及营运职能经理。
Job Responsibilities:
*You will be responsible for all Cinema operations, excluding F&B and Merchandise. You will lead a team of 16 people with 2 direct reports, across 10 operating regions.
*According to the company's strategy, develop the business operating plan and performance objectives, promote and ensure annual performance targets are met.
*Establish a standardised operational control system, improve the operational management system;
*Improve and complete personnel training system, improve operating standards, enhance operational quality;
*Monitor business performance, make recommendations for management efficiency;
*Work with key stakeholders in other functional departments, providing resources to support and control the operation of the business
The Successful Applicant
任职资格：
*国家统招本科及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销等相关专业；
*十年以上连锁、零售业营运相关工作经验，五以上营运管理岗相关工作经验；
*具备较强的战略化思维，具备较强的同行业市场敏感度；
*具备极强的团队协作能力及领导力，具备良好的沟通协调能力
Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree or above; graduated from business administration, marketing and other related majors.
*More than 10 years of experience in retail operations, merchandise management; possess more than five years retail chain stores operations management related work experience
*Have a strong strategic thinking ability from a similar industry
*Excellent leadership and communication skills
