About Our Client

The collections include everything from dazzling party collections to quintessential basics and functional sportswear - for women, men, teenagers and children, and for every season or occasion. In addition to clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery, make up and underwear there is also H&M Home - fashionable interiors for children and adults.
Job Description
* Set and define the optimal commercial and design plan for multiple store projects within your designated region
* Set and manage project time plans and coordinate activates both within your own function and cross functional
* Support other departments in layout related questions during both pre-assessment and execution phase
* Approve final drawing packages delivered from H&M design specialists as well as external construction architects
* Perform site visits and follow ups with pre-assessment and construction phase
* Drive pro-active projects within your region to optimize commercial potential beyond boundaries of global guidelines
The Successful Applicant
* 3-7 years working experience from any field connected to driving sales or design within the retail sector
* international background with good English skill
* result oriented and not afraid of new challenges
* flexible in terms of travel (sometimes every week)
* know how to prioritize and handle high work load. In order to keep deadlines you are flexible in terms of hours and could consider to extend working hours from time to time
* like being creative and feel a passion for design related questions
* self-motivated and enjoys to work with constant improvements
* team player
* hands-on approach and an ability to manage multi-functional tasks and execute according to deadlines
* Have high analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
* well familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point are a minimum)
* Proficient skills in AutoCAD is a plus
