APM Monaco is a trendy jewelry brand. We design a new collection every month following the latest trend. Ariane prette created the company in 1982, following her passion for jewelry, diamond, precious stones, gold an silver. The family continued the legacy through the years as a manufacturer, developing traditional handcrafted quality jewelry.
Nowadays, we have over 40 boutiques worldwide. Our boutiques are in Monaco, Paris, Geneva, Roma, Cannes, Berlin, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Macau and Kuala Lumpur.
Job Description
Tasks
Compliance with the qualitative and quantitative objectives of APM (checklist and application of the concept)
Responsible for the training of new APM retail employees and APM franchises 'employees
Personal shopper for VVIP
Integrating its customers database in existing APM database
Sales
Management of the CRM (phoning, database, emailing ...)
Management of the sales team
Management of the Daily, Weekly and monthly stock take
Checking the commissions given by the retail financial service
The Successful Applicant
中档或一线奢侈品/零售产品的多年经验
在店铺管理/区域店铺管理方面有足够的经验；
从事零售/奢侈品行业至少3-5年经验-十年以上经验更佳
有一定符合APM Monaco 产品/品牌受众的客户资源更佳
英语书写，阅读，交流能力（英语，中文，交流能力无障碍）
Profile
Experience in Mid to High Fashion Retail and/or Luxury Retail
Experience as Director or Deputy Director ("poste cadre" under French law)
A level + 3 years and 5 years' experience - 10 years' experience (if no study)
Personal database of clients following APM's customers' profiles
3 spoken, read and written languages (English, language of the country, most spoken language by tourists in the area)
Good presentation
