职责描述
副总裁将向CEO汇报，进行行业研究、逻辑分析、内部沟通与协调，并且能够制定大健康产业基金的总体以及各产品线的策略，强化现有产品，同时也辅助研发新产品以及产品引进。副总裁也需要积极寻找海内外优秀医药投资项目，对项目进行分析、筛选、以及领导商务谈判。管理国际技术产品授权投资交易，管理战略投资部门，推进公司医药投资重大事项的落实。
理想的求职者
候选人须具备重点院校医药类专业硕士以上学历，熟练掌握英语，具备6-8年以上医药产业分析、产品研发、业务拓展和投资经验。对国内外医药领域有深入、系统、独立的行业解读，具备很强的产品线战略规划经验和行业研究能力，熟悉医药产业投资并购流程和相关政策法规，统筹过交易执行的全过程。具备很强的医疗背景、战略思维、市场资源，和投资经验的国际化人才。

Job Description
The Vice President of the healthcare fund will report to the CEO directly; conducting the in-depth industry research on the healthcare market, develop and establish the strategy for overall product development as well as for any specific product line, strengthen current product line, and assist to develop new product and lead license-in.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in application, you need to hold master degree in medicine/pharmacy/or other medical majors from famous universities in China or overseas. With 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry analysis, product development, business development, and investment. You need to have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the domestic and international pharmaceutical industry. The candidate need to command strong strategic planning experience on product lines and industry research capability, familiar with pharmaceutical industry investment, M&A process, and the relevant laws, policy, and regulation. Strong track record in leading and managing the whole process of transaction execution. The candidate should be an international talent with strong medical background, strategic thinking, market resource, and investment experience.
