职责描述

- Run RFQ according to TSE sourcing process. Develop and maintain full-range service suppliers capable of meeting quality, cost, timing and technology requirements.
- Lead the sourcing activities, and work with engineering, quality and logistics department. Provide support where necessary (Technical review, quality assessment, etc.,)
- Support region/global sourcing team, end user & quality team through launch process.
- Monitor supplier delivery to ensure continuity of production
- Implement purchasing necessary technical or quality-related activities, such as intermediate test, witness test, final inspection, etc.,
- Perform supplier's capability comparison through market investigation/supplier visit to create/maintain a world class supply base
- Perform purchasing or manufacturing necessary technical negotiation with suppliers, including but not limited to drawing/specification/quality requirement input & negotiation
- Perform region sales activities related technical support including but not limited to claim handling, investigation, identifying customers' potential requirement including quality, technical request, etc.,
- Co-operation with TSE global commodities to realize commodity strategy & supplier strategy.

理想的求职者

- Bachelor degree or above, metallurgy major or metal material or mechanical engineering major is necessary.
- Being familiar with welding, forging or machining knowledge is necessary;
- 5+ years working experience on mechanical & material in steel industry is necessary, quality management or machine/equipment maintain experience is a plus
- Familiar with the difference between EU standard and Chinese standard, manufacturing process.
- Oral and written English expression, strong communication skill is necessary
- Understanding of technical requirement in machining, welding, steel industry is necessary and the knowledge of automotive industry quality requirement and process (like ISO/TS16949/APQP/PPAP, etc.) is a plus.
- Approximately 30% domestic or international travel is required, but mostly domestic travel.
