Job Purpose:

Ensure sub-con processes are according the process spelt out by PSS and achieving the required process specifications, and support Sub-con in analyzing and troubleshooting related process problems.

Key areas of accountability:

1.Act as a link between sub-con and PSS different site at process improvement, make sure sub-con’s processes are according to process spelt by PSS

2.Lead new project trial run, provide and analyse trial run results with project team members (include sub-con)

3.Support Sub-con in analysing and troubleshooting related process problems.

4.Member of new project team at PSS APAC and providing assembly issues faced at sub-con to avoid repeating mistakes for new product.

5.Ensure sub-con processes are according the process spelt out by PSS and achieving the required process specifications.

6.Provide the assembly know-how’s to sub-con such as assembly process steps, process description and specification, and critical process control.

Qualification:

Academic / Professional Qualification:  Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical

Working Experience: 5 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry, have management experience for a team

Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem solving tool like SE, DOE.  Able to use CAD to design jigs & fixture.

Language skills: Ability to converse in English
