岗位职责：
1. 监督下属的日常测试工作, 根据相关业务部门的核对表确保及时提供准确的测试数据;
2. 开发和验证测试方法;
3. 根据质量要求和财务管控目标, 监测实验室设备、仪器和实验室环境状况, 降低故障率;
4. 审查和控制实验室消耗品, 根据财务管控目标降低实验室成本；
5. 改进和优化实验室操作系统, 确保其符合认证机构指定的ISO/IEC17025 及相关要求, 执行实验室质量控制计划；
6. 监督合作机构全面遵守EHS准则, 以保护其生命和财产安全;
7. 确保实验室团队的稳定性及工作效率, 指导和促进团队成员提升价值，建立高度积极的团队;
8. 执行实验室经理/部门经理交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1. 大专或本科学历, 化学或相关经验;
2. 至少8年以上化学测试实验室工作经验, 有一定的管理能力;
3. 熟悉相关检测设备及国际标准方法、法律要求和法规;(1) 鞋类/纺织品测试 (2) 玩具测试 (3) ROHS 测试 (4) 强度测试;
4. 熟悉实验室的操作方法及流程，对化学实验室的质量和安全要求有很好的了解;
5. 操作和维护以下几类仪器的经验： (1) AAS (2) ICP/OES (3) 电感耦合等离子体质谱仪, (4) 紫外可见光光谱学;
6. 流利的英文书写和口头表达能力;
7. 工作勤奋, 有上进心, 有团队合作精神。

Responsibilities:    

1. Supervise subsidiary daily testing work, ensure timely, accurate testing data according to checklist from related business department; (15%)

2. Develop and validate test method; (10%)

3. Based on quality requirements and financial management objectives, monitor laboratory equipments, instruments and laboratory environment in good condition, make effectively reduce the breakdown rate; (15%)

4. Review and control of laboratory consumables to reduce the lab cost according to financial management objectives; (5%)

5. Improve and optimize the laboratory operation system, ensure it according with ISO/IEC 17025 and related requirement by accreditation/certification body; Perform internal lab quality control plan (15%)

6. Supervise and monitor subsidiary full compliance with EHS guidelines in order to protect its life and property security; (5%)

7. To ensure organization stability and effectiveness of laboratory team, coach and facilitate team members to build a highly motivated team within company values and corporate; (10%)

8. Perform other assigned tasks by lab manager/section manager. (25%) 

Requirements:    

1.College or Bachelor Degree holder in chemistry or highly relevant experience;

2.At least 8 years working experience in chemical testing lab,  prefer to have certain management skill; 3.Familiar with related testing equipments and international standard methods, legal requirements and regulations; (1) Footwear/ textile testing, (2) Toys testing, (3) RoHS testing, and (4) hardline testing;

4.Acquainted with good laboratory practices;

5. Good understanding in quality and safety requirements in chemical laboratories;

6. With hand on experiences in operating and maintaining at least one of the following types of instruments: (1) AAS, (2) ICP-OES, (3)ICP-MS, (4) UV-Vis Spectroscopy;

7. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese;

8. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work.
