DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

Support PM in coordinating factory core and support resources during NPI, most specifically focusing on Pilot and ramp-up time of a project. Main objective is to ensure a smooth transition is realized from R&D to manufacturing production ramp-up while meeting target cost, schedule, and quality.

Job Description:

1. PVT/Ramp-up: Support PM and coordinate the 4M PVT meetings with the production team;

2. NPI: Support PMs before, during and after NPI Builds;

3. NPI: Coordinate Logistics in the factory during customer or R&D team visit;

4. Sustaining: Control Run Coordination;

5. MP Finish Goods (FG) shipment to R&D/contact window in the factory

Job requirements:

1.Graduate of a College degree course or equivalent experience in electronic design and/or manufacturing

2.Good understanding of new products development cycle

3.Sound negotiator and works well in a team environment

4.Excellent written and oral command of Mandarin and English languages

5.Strong communication abilities
