Job Purpose:
Manage new product quality and Drive the quality improvement at product whole life cycle.
Key areas of accountability:
1.Manage new product quality at product whole life cycle from RFQ to EOL to ensure produce smoothly and satisfy with customer requirement.
2.Customer interface for quality contract and requirement negotiation and transfer within project team.
3.New product release quality planning and monitor the performance
4.Manage Sub contractor on setting quality / test standard to ensure the quality fully meet customer requirement.
5.Working with other departments to drive process and product quality improvement
6.Drive the quality improvement in trial run and mass production phase, accurate feedback to project teams on CSR for Quality control plan, product validation.
7.Execute internal Failure Analysis for quality issue and follow up the effectiveness of FAR and 8D
8.Handle customer complaint (8D) and warranty returns, drive corrective and preventive actions
9.Monitor sub-con quality performance, setting quality standard to ensure the quality fully meet customer requirement
Job scope:
Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the quality result.
Qualification:
1.Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, familiar with Consumer business requirement
2.Working Experience: Min 5 years’ experience, preferably in AV product. Other electronic products can be considered. Acoustic experiences an advantage.
3.Expertise/Skills: Familiar with quality management system requirements like ISO/TS16949, Rohs requirements. Good in quality tools like 7 tools and 8D. Good analytical skill (statistical skill) and process audit skill
4.Language skills: Good command of English (both spoken and written) / Mandarin.
5.Personal Attributes: Honest, aggressive, assertive, good in follow up. Able to work independently under pressure. Detail and hardworking, self-control
