Key Responsibilities:
1. As customer contact window, to liaise with customers on new product specification and quality standard, quality plan and guideline.
2. Leading early product quality involvement and identifying risk evaluation of new product development phase to reduce the quality and reliability risk in mass production, customer side and field. i.e. CCR, KPI, DFMEA, GR&R, PFMEA, Control Plan.
3. Leading quality team to liaise with internal /external customers on critical product quality issues. To organize regular quality review meeting on KPIs (i.e. RTY, DPPM, LRR, CoQ, etc.) to facilitate continuous quality improvement.
4. Submit 8D reports to customer quality complaints, verifying and following the actions’ implementing and effectiveness.
5. Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, good communicate skills, in both English and Mandarin;
2. Over 5 year’s quality management control experience in Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry; Good industrial knowledge.
3. Be familiar with OEM/ODM/EMS operations in multinational companies as well as the product portfolio and production process control of Power Solution, Adapters etc.
4. Basic knowledge in electronics, circuit diagram, Cable Assembly, PCBA, Injection Molding, SMT, Wave Soldering, USW etc.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, personal energy to welcome and deal with the speed of change and can work under pressure.
