Senior Training Specialist / 高级培训专员

Position Details:

1. Design and implement training programs which meet specific customer needs, ensuring that training session plans are structured and well-prepared.

2. Ensure the effectiveness of training programs by applying fundamental training methods in the creation of training modules. Consolidate and continuously monitor progress and results of all training initiatives.

3. Develop online training courses for e-learning platform and provide assistance to internal customers.

4. Maintain the internal training website to make it convenient for employees to get the training resources and the latest information.

5. Deliver training courses to target trainees as a professional trainer, including some soft skill training courses.

6. Apply multi-media technology to make training course lively and interesting, such as images, graphics, animations, audio, video etc. 

Required Qualifications:

1.   University bachelor degree or above. At least CET-4 English level.

2.   2+ years working experience in training.

3.   Strong verbal and written communication skills.

4.   Proficient in MS-Office software, especially for PowerPoint.

5.   Familiar with picture and video editing software. Flash design is plus.
