岗位要求：
Job requirements: 
1、全日制本科学历，国际贸易、市场营销、项目管理等相关专业优先；
Bachelor degree, major in international trade, marketing, project management or related major is preferred;
2、具有3年以上项目管理工作经验,有汽车行业、工程（机械、电子）等企业背景资历优先；
Have three years experience in project management,with automobile industry, mechanical, electronic working exprience is preferred;
3、熟悉TS16949、VDA6.3体系优先；
Be familiar with TS16949, VDA6.3 system is preferred
4、良好英语，听、说、读写能力，且英语能作工作语言；
Fluenting English at woring envirnment; 
5、性格外向，良好沟通、情商及出色组织、协调能力。
Outgoing personality, good communication,organization and coordination ability.

岗位职责：
Job description:
1、根据公司战略及经营目标，在业务总监领导下塑造并完善项目管理体系；
Lnstall and improve the project management system under the director according to business target strategy;
2、主导项目管理，计划、运行、落实，相关节点问题跟踪及反馈，商讨，并给出解决方案；
Manage the project,make plan,practice and give solution when needed;
3、作为链接客户与公司内部转换沟通桥梁角色，把客户需求转换并传递公司内部各窗口单位；
Be as a conversion bridge between customer and the company internal staff, and to transform the customer requirements,then pass it to the company interior window units;
4、项目各阶段资料的输出、汇总、归档、总结；
To output date,collect information,archive the file,and summarize of the different stages of the project;
5、上级交办其它及临时工作。
