Job Summary
This position is responsible for updating people profile and processing payroll for multiple sites. Meanwhile, he/she will support and implement HR operation policies, maintain HR related and deliver Ad-hoc reports to management request etc.
Responsibilities
• Process data in
Vanguard, including new hire, termination, assignment changes, salary
adjustment with high quality of the data accuracy.
• Process payroll
independently.
• Monthly IIT declaration.
• Monthly social insurance
and housing fund declaration.
• Oversee and be trained
as a backup to support payroll of other sites.
• Research and provide
solution to payroll related issues (i.e. deductions, payroll tax related issues
etc.).
• Participate in the programs that improve the work efficiency and professionalism of HR etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in
related fields
• At least 2 years HR
experience and 1 year payroll experience
• Be able to focus on
details and accuracy
• Good communication and English skills, very strong in reading & writing.
Japanese mastery is preferred.
• Knowledgeable for
systematical
• Proactive attitude to
learning
• Be able to working under
pressure
• Vanguard payroll system
knowledge is preferred
• Proficient in MS office series software
