- Plan and organize all the recruitment activities, including follow up recruitment procedure, selection methods, work with agencies, interview and relevant on board procedure and integration follow up.
- Headcount controlling and reporting.
- People moving and statues recording: newcomer, departure, trainees, subcontractors etc.
- Coordinate job description updating with departmental manager.
- Coordinate all training activities, including training organizing and reporting,etc.
- Do the tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time.
