C&B Specialist / 薪酬福利专员
Position Details:
1. Develops, coordinates and directs a variety of C&B programs, Performs C&B services.
2. Administers C&B polices associated with payroll, salary administration and employee and labor relations.
3. Ensures all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law.
4. Maintains C&B related information.
5. Participates in salary and benefits surveys.
6. Monthly salary data preparation.
7. C&B related information in HRIS maintenance.
8. Daily C&B operations execution.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in HR or related major.
2. At least 2 years working experiences in C&B related field.
3. Good at data analysis.
4. Good at Excel,
Word, PPT.
5. Familiar with the policy Labor Law, Housing fund, Social Insurance, etc.
