岗位职责:

1、This position is primarily responsible for day to day operations in the shown departments, main responsibility is to realize the requested deliveries of instruments and spares.
该职位主要负责所示部门的日常运营，主要职责是完成所要求数量的仪器和备件的交付。
2、Support the COO in: 协助COO：
A、Establish and ramp-up instrument and reagent manufacturing lines推进仪器和试剂生产线的建设；
B、Realize all required design transfers实现所有要求的设计转换；
C、Establish processes to run these lines successful建立流程以确保产线正常运行；
D、Manage and organize the expansion团队、产线的扩张组建及管理

任职资格:

1、BSc./ BA Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience工程专业本科及以上学历；
2、3-5 years minimum as Factory Manager 至少3-5年工厂经理工作经验；
3、Must possess good inter-personal skills and both verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English language.具备良好的人际交往能力以及英语书写能力，可用英语进行基本的工作交流；
4、With strong sense of responsibility and executive capability, be able to work with high efficiency and under high pressure具备较强的责任心和抗压力强，高效工作效率及执行力；
5、With the ability of team management, be able to guide subordinates to work and complete production goals.具备团队管理能力，有效地指导下属开展工作并完成生产目标。
