工作职责:
1.负责在绵阳工厂落实公司人力资源政策,承担绵阳工厂人力资源的规划、招聘、调配、考核、激励等;

2.负责绵阳工厂组织气氛建设。

职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历;

2.具有5年以上电子企业人力资源管理工作经验,熟悉绩效、任职等模块,熟悉劳动法规;
At least 5 years working experience in electronic enterprise human resources management, familiar with the performance, familiar with labor laws and regulations ;
3.具有良好的沟通协调能力;
Be good at communication and coordination skills;
4.良好的英语听说读写能力;
Be good at english in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5熟练操作office办公软件。
Familiar with office software.
