Process Engineer

1、Responsibilities:   
To  provide  technical  support  in  the  process  development  alignedwith  the  new  products,  roll  out  to  production  (e.g.  Automotive  motor  for  electrical  vehicle, Gearbox,BLDC,  STW  CFM…)   

2、Review  the  product  design  with＂design  for  manufacturing＂and  QFD  concept Requirements: 

3、To  lead  the  team  for  in  process  PPM  Kaizen,reduce  the  in  process  PPM 

4、To  solve  daily  production  line  stop  issue,reduce  the  production  down  time 

5、To  make  sure  the  production  line  operation  under  the  guide  of  control  document,  ensure  the  products  quality 

6、To  do  the  defects  analysis  and  define  improvement  action

Requirements. 

1、Bachelor  Degree,  major  in  Manufacturing  or  Mechanical

2、3~5  years  experience  in  Process/  Production  of  electrical  motor(  DC,  BLDC) 

3、Machinery  &  Fixture  design  and  the  application 

4、Electrical  motor(  DC,  BLDC)  structure  &  Theory Basic  machining  knowledge

5、Knowledge  of  basic  QC/QA  7  tools,  such  as:SPC,PFEMA,QFD,APQP

6、Knowledge  of  TS16949  basic  5  tools 

7、Familiar  with  CAD  or solidworks 

8、Work  experience  in  automotive  motor  production  is  better

9、Command  of  reading  and  writing  English
