职位描述

1)    Job Summary:

Responsible for the sales and marketing of water coolers and parts in CMIL territories. Make strategic sales plan and lead the sales team to implement and achieve the sales target.

2)    Principle Responsibilities/Duties:

a.   Make proper business development strategy for the responsible territories/customers.

b.  Target and budget setting for the sales team responsible for different territories/ customers.

c.  Develop annual sales forecast and implementation plan and carry out quarterly reviews.

d.  Build up and review product costing and pricing structure to ensure the reasonable profitability and market competitiveness. 

e.  Supervise and motivate sales team, help them improve account management system and work towards business expansion; 

f.  Take the lead in organizing and participating customer visits and meetings;

g.  Promote company and products at occasions like tradeshows to new customers;

h.  Identify opportunities and make the plan to attend trade shows and other marketing events for that helps with our product promotion; 

i.   Utilize available channels to do market research and get better understanding of the industry(customers, competitors, partners);

j.   Ensure the smooth operation of the sales team both internally(within the company) and externally(with the customers and partners);

k.   Other duties as assigned.

3)   Qualification Requirements of the Incumbent:

a.   University Education and above (business related)

b.   Job experience in sales and marketing of water coolers or other similar electrical appliance worldwide

c.   Job experience in the sales management field leading a team of no less than 5 sales staff.

d.   Strong sense of responsibility, highly self-motivated

e.   Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English

f.    Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

g.   Time & project management ability

h.   Versatility & adaptability

i.    Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Database

j.    Familiarity with Email & Internet use

k.   An ability to learn about and demonstrate technical products
