MIAN RESPONSIBILITIES / CRITICAL TASKS:
1. Involve the automation process development, lead the automation process qualification and drive the team to dig out the defect analysis and finalize the equipment parameter, submit qualification report timely and push to get the approval;
2. Develop and track assigned process quality improvement plan according to product quality performance and implement situation to improve and maintain product quality performance; use the DMAIC method to drive the improvement;
3. Handle quality issues of key customer and products in production to improve and maintain product quality performance;
4. Handle customers complaints including develop and implement customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan to maintain good relationship with customers;
5. Develop quality engineering documents (QIP,WI,VA),set up and develop quality inspection criteria, approve COC format to maintain product quality performance;
6. Analyze and identify material issues found in production line, drive SQE for supplier improvement in order to maintain incoming material quality.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. College diploma or above with major in engineering/technology;
2. 5 years of quality experience in electronics industry, including 3 years in highly-automated production process quality control experience (MUST);
3. Green belt/Black belt certification, can lead the team to do the DOE/G&G and data analyze ability;
4. Proficiency in English reading and writing, good command of oral English is a must.
