Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Partner with leaders on HR process implementation for organizational design, workforce planning, talent development and performance management etc.
- Actively support business discussions and transfer best practices from different function across the organization.
- Identify situations, risks, issues & trends with recommendation of solutions to improve performance, retention and organizational effectiveness
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests.
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Support and drive HR programs and initiatives including salary review, performance appraisal, workforce planning, and organizational change, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related disciplines. MBA preferred.
- 10 years HR experience in MNC environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong personal leadership and change leadership
- Good understanding of the local employment, related laws and practices in China
