Job Title: Assistant Accounting Manager 助理会计经理

Job Requirements：
1. University degree in Accounting or a related discipline, with a recognized professional accounting qualification an advantage.
2.  Minimum of eight years’ relevant experience. 
3.  Thorough understanding of China accounting standards.
4.  Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin, Cantonese would be beneficial.
5.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6.  Self-motivated and well organized with the ability to identify and solve problems.
7.  Responsible, independent, analytical with commercial sense.
8.  Sound knowledge of computerized accounting systems and application software such as MS    Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Experience of SAP would be an advantage.
10. Immediately available is highly preferable.

Key Responsibilities：
1. Manage the accounting functions and month-end closing of financial activities.
2. Prepare monthly accounts and financial statements and ensure that they are in accordance with the statutory requirements and accounting standards.
3.  Related working about company tax registration and changes registration.
4. VAT pay rate analysis. 　 　 　
5. Ensure daily accounting operations are complied with proper policies and procedures. 6. Maintain audit program and related documentation, and report audit findings to management.
7. To assist in streamlining the work processes, developing and refining the accounting policies and guidelines of the Group.
8. Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
