招聘职位：HDD Engineer(Deputy Manager) (成都)

Scope of Responsibilities/ 职责范围

Be responsible for Huawei technical support including design review, system integration discussions, and qualification tracking and issue solving.

Be the technical window of the customer.

Work with sales & marketing team to introduce storage products and synchronize with customers.

Provide design reviews and system integration supports.

Work with Qualification Program manager and manage customer qualifications.

Support qualification and Quality issue management.

Perform other related activities which your superior requests

Conduct Joint Qualification and data analysis

Conduct quality data analysis and quality communication with Japan team

主要面向华为的技术支持，包括设计 审查、系统整合、合格性追踪、数据 分析等。

Additional Tasks / 其它任务

Be responsible for new customer technical support including design review, system integration discussions, and qualification tracking and issue solving.

Salary Range工资范围：Before Tax税前     16,000 (Shenzhen), 15,000 (Chengdu)     

Skills and knowledge / 技能及知识:

Good knowledge of HDD Design, Technology, Quality and Working Processes.

Good speaking, listening, reading and writing ability in both English and Chinese

Good negotiation skill in both Chinese and English language

Good communication skill with lots of communication experience with Japanese and local member

Team work and leadership to manage your own responsible work and be able to support your superior.

Skillful & analytical for problem solving

Self-motivated and proactive working attitude

Familiar with MS office software

Linux OS, Script understanding, device testing and host system knowledge is preferable.

1、熟悉HDD的设计、技术、品质和工作流程。 2、熟悉使用接口总线分析器、示波器、服务器系统架构等经验者 优先 2、优秀的中英文谈判技巧和良好的沟通能力。 3、熟悉Linux OS，脚本，器件测试等优先。

Education/ 教育背景:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Electronic or Mechanical Engineering background is preferred.

Experience/经验:

5 years or more work experience in HDD related customer support experience in China

Experience of interface bus analyzer, Oscilloscope

Experience of server system architecture

Experience of China big ODM qualification support is preferred

Experience of China IDC customer support is preferred

Experience of HDD system Qualification is preferred

Skills& Qualification/ 技能与资质:

Good knowledge of HDD Design, Technology, Quality and Working Processes.
