岗位职责:
C&B (most important one to the least important one)
Calculating company remuneration and handling benefit in QT target.负责公司整体薪酬的核算和管理员工福利,并确保准确和及时。
Handling Salary daily management, including attendance management, salary relevant data collecting, Q&A for employee on salary topics, etc.处理薪酬管理日常事务,包括不限于考勤管理,收集薪酬相关数据,员工工资答疑和解释等。
Making monthly salary report and analysis, and giving constructive suggestion. 负责月度薪酬数据分析和报表编制,并能针对问题提出合理化建议。
Attend and complete and publicity the company’s C&B policy and process. 参与制定并完善并推广公司薪酬绩效制度和流程。
Yearly wage investigation for both staff and operators and giving constructive suggestion.开展薪酬调研,提出薪酬策略建议。
ER (most important one to the least important one)
Handling employee life-cycle in the company start from enrolment to resignation.负责管理员工在公司的生命周期,从入职到离职。
Sum up HR related statistic regularly 定期更新相关人事数据
Making monthly report and analysis, and giving constructive suggestion on employee life-cycle进行员工生命周期相关的报告和分析,并给出建设性建议。
Improve related process and WI. 制定和完善相关流程和工作指引。
Support other HR parts.支持部门的其他工作。
Carry out ad hoc assignments by the supervisor. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求:
College degree in HR, management, education, psychology or related major or above
2 years working experience in C&B field
Knowledge in the positions
Strong knowledge
in HR related laws and regulations
Time management skills
Human Resources Management Certificate (3rd level) is a must
communication skills in English(CET6 or same standard)
Good command in Office(Excel, Word, PPT, Visio)
Knowledge in HR software is preferred
Strong communication skills and sensitive to others feelings
Figure oriented
Attentive in personality
Improvement sense
Good ethics, self-motivated, responsible, team oriented, good interpersonal style
