职位描述

Qualification and Experience Required

Degree      in Business, Electronic Engineering or related discipline;

Over 10 years’ relevant      experience in electronics industry with position in Business Development,      sales & marketing is preferable;

Knowledge in      Electronic/ ODM/OEM/ Program management is an advantage;

Experience in working with senior      management to align sales strategies and solutions;

Experience in Product Development and      Regional Marketing;

Excellent negotiation skills, proven      track record of successfully pitching for new business;

Proven track record of increasing      revenue through generation of leads;

Cross functional skill and able to      influence other to achieve company objectives;

Self-motivated and can work under      pressure;

Fluency      in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

(Including any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time)

1.      Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas;

2.      Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets and new customers;

3.      Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth;

4.      Identify opportunities in new technology, industry with related functions;

5.      Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunity;

6.      Managing RFQ and Quotation proposals, submissions and bids with winning plan;

7.      Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employer’s offering in light of competitors developments ;

8.      Lead and coordinate Business Development team and other cross functional teams on new account, new products, and related deliverables;

9.      Monitor with Business Manager and Program Manager on project progress, from project kickoff to mass production including planning, scheduling, Materials, NRE, BOM Cost, etc.;

10.  Business contracts (NDA, NRE, Business, Quality, Logistic, VMI, Compliance etc.) review & negotiation

11.  Team leader to motivate the team for achieving objectives
