1.Responsible for the management of product development, process design, engineering design and testing teams.

2.Responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance, ensuring the continual improvement and improving the awareness and knowledge within technical department of quality management system to conform to IATF 16949 standard.

3.Supporting the production department for process and quality improvement.

4.Preparing annual budget for the technical department and controlling the department expense.

5.Responsible for the management, motivation and development of subordinates.

6.Leading research & development for competitive products, process, material and machines as well as patent.

7.Ensuring the new product development targets, including SOP, production volume, quality of process and products and conformity of APQP and PPAP requirements.

Qualification：

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or material field.

2.Experience in the position of technical manager in automotive industry with experience with composite materials for automotive, aerospace or sporting goods.

3.Direct experience with IATF 16949, ISO9001, Lean manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, 7QC tools, TQM, SPC and other problem solving techniques etc.

4.Knowledge about 3D CAD system (Catia/NX).

5.Good command of English and computer skills in MS.

6.Have good systematic thinking and analytical skills.

7.Good and strong leadership skills on communication, presentation and interpersonal skills .
