Job Description

The ME Manager will be based in Zhuhai.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Manage ME team to achieve customer’s expectation and our KOIs.

• Establish and improve process capabilities, yield driving

• Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations

• Work with customer and engineering team to achieve the NPI goals, lead regular Lean activities

• Ensure overall SMT capacity and performance. And drive OEE / LU, attrition and downtime

• Manage EDM and small tools usage and cost reduction

• Breakthrough innovation, Lead automation; digitization and productivity improvement etc. initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 8+ years’ manufacturing engineering experience in ODM &OEM, team management experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Fluent English both in speaking and writing

• Good communication and clear logic
