Degree holder or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Manufacturing engineering with extensive knowledge in Quality Management System is a plus;
At least 10 years solid experience in quality management and with strong knowledge in motor application;
Sound knowledge of ISO system (ISO 9000 and IATF16949 etc…) and other safety regulatory requirement (RoHS, PAH, UL-CSA, UL, TUV, JIS etc…) are preferred;
Strong knowledge in quality solving and statistical tools, such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, professional ethics and problem solving skills;
With motor industry experience is MUST;
Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
Stationed in Shenzhen;
Immediate available is preferable.
In-charge of quality functions of the Company in automotive motor division.
Drive for continuous improvement by implementing up-to-date quality standard to comply with customer requirements;
Responsible for leading the QA team to carry out daily quality control and assurance function and define specifications to fulfill customers’expectation;
Establish and manage Quality Assurance Function related to engineering, fabrication, services and general support for motor production, home-built or out-sourced components and parts;
Propose the testing plan, tester specification, inspection procedure and sampling plan;
Lead and perform the failure analysis to find root causes and provide solutions 8D report for any customer complaint and communicate with customers frequently;
Deliver accurate and timely quality assurance analysis report to management and customers;
Work closely with internal departments to make sure quality issues are well resolved;
Develop and implement quality-training programs for internal staff.
